Our goal at Bearmoon Productions is to do our best to ensure that you and your guests enjoy the entire evening from arrival at the reception until they decide its time to go home. We always confirm our services in the form of a written and signed contract. Once the contract is signed, Bearmoon will arrange, at your convenience a time and place to finalize all details for your wedding reception.

If you need us to act as MC/host and introduce whomever, we would be more then happy to do so! Please note that we will make sure the volume is at proper levels enabling yourself and your guests to talk to each other in a comfortable manner.

Bearmoon Productions bases its rates on the entire evening (a flat rate), in turn, you do not have to watch the clock and there are no surprises when payment is due. We do have an overtime rate listed on every contract. This only takes effect once the agreed upon time is up (all contracts usually run to 1 am unless otherwise agreed upon). The only other costs that might occur would be if there are any travel costs involved, and again that would be an up front negotiation and agreement.

Our equipment is professional quality, and we will customize each system according to our clients' needs and venues selected. Each system comes with a professional microphone (corded or cordless), as well as a basic lighting package at no extra cost - a value added perk to our clients. Back-up equipment is always available if the need should arise. Bearmoon equipment is serviced on a regular basis.

Music selection for the arrival/dinner/dancing: your wedding reception will have music playing right when the first guest arrives. Bearmoon will arrive at least forty-five minutes to an hour earlier and have everything set-up, checked and sound checked before anyone arrives. Our entertainment coordinators will help to program your evening from background music through the cocktail hour, right into your dance music including all your requests.

Remember this is your wedding day! You - the bride and groom tell us what music you like or do not like, and we'll stick to that! You're hiring us to work for you.
