Bearmoon Productions offers many different dance packages and themes to meet your requirements as well as every budget. Video packages are available with one, two or even three large screens, as well as light and sound. If you just want light and sound we'll leave the screens at the warehouse!

1. Determine your needs: theme night, specific lighting, special effects, video. Is this what you want or need for each event?
2. Determine your budget: how much to charge, how much do you need to make, how much to spend?
3. Explore all your different options and budget requirements.
4. Talk to a few different companies about the service they provide, ask for references.
5. Select the company best suited for your needs and budget, draw up a contract outlining all details.
6. Get a set-up and clean-up crew(s) together well before the event.
7. Put on your dancing shoes and let the vibe take over!

Can't fit two screens and have a tighter budget, but still want a video dance? Do it with one screen for $175.00 less. You still get everything else that comes with the Power Station!

2) Don't want video? Ask for "Maximus". The same great light show, pumping 8,000 watt sound system, prizes as well as our complimentary promo package to help sell tickets to the dance. Everything is professional quality along with our totally wacked-out DJ/hosts to help keep the energy levels off the hook...

Let us help you with quotes and package sizes for your next school event: formals, graduation, athletic banquets, theme dances, etc. Whether the student council or other committees want to book just one dance or a year's worth, we will work with you to meet your requirements and budget.

As well, keep in mind that Bearmoon Productions offers pricing discounts to all school and committees that are willing to be flexible on the dates your dances are held. Also, we offer discounts on booking more then one dance throughout the school year.
